Hi,

Dr Young is now presenting evidence that the stem cells are produced in

the small intestine,

as many macrobiotic researchers and philosophers have postulated all

along.

I am not endorsing his program but find his explanation of dis-ease in

general highly compelling.

He also explains why chewing is so beneficial and can support some mb

ideas,

even though on the surface his recommendations are very different.

In this interview Dr. Young discusses:

-Why the pH balance is critical to health for everyone (diabetics

and non-diabetics)

-Why the energy of food is important and which foods have the most

energy

-Why sugar is acidic and detrimental to the pH balance

-Why meat is acid forming

-Why every raw food diet is not the same and which raw foods are best

for pH balance

-How you can test your pH balance to measure your health
