Lard

Where would one by pastured lard while they wait for the warehouse to

open back up??? 2 of my kids are dairy free so lard is especially

important here. My only experience with tallow was a horrible,

miserable, vile experience. And we can only stomach coconut oil for

certain things.

I wanted to make squash latkes (yes I get the irony:), but how can I

make them without lard???
