Guest guest
Someone whose opinion on health issues I value, was talking to me about vitamin supplements, and that the body will build up a resistance to them. He used the term " biofilm. " If I heard him correctly, he said that supplements may be more effective if you take them for three weeks, then don't take any for a week. When my energy drags, or I don't feel so great, I may wonder about the vitamins I'm taking. Maybe resistance does build up. But for me, a good guess is that I've just been lazy and failing to exercise enough! ;-) Clicking on the Confused About Vitamin Supplements? link on this website, I see: " … there are times where I just get tired of taking pills and I take a rest. I think it might even be healthy to do that. "
