I've been doing a lot of work around my home. Mind you, I live in a 2 unit duplex and my unit is not that big. I finally got the book shelf that was ruined by the black mold out of here. It is out at the curb as we speak and with a big sign that says "Garbage Only, Black Mold"! Hopefully someone will heed it's warning. I had to take the shelf pieces and rivets out for my mom. It's her bookcase and the guy who came in to take care of the black mold told him that he'd make sure that my mom gets reimbursed for the damage. Hopefully he keeps his word. Then I got that last piece of broken glass table top off my back porch. Called my brother over to come help me with it cause it was too heavy and I cut my hand on the last piece I took out there over a month ago. Got the rusty bottom part to the curb too. Freecycling like crazy as well! I have emptied half of what I was getting rid of! I am so glad because there is just nowhere to put it and it's junk that I've been harboring over the years that just doens't get used anymore, lol. I even put the boys toy boxes out in the living room again for their play area cause their bedroom is just too small. They have their beds and dressers and that's all that really fits in there. I have my stuff in their closet too cause they broke the shelf in the closet in my bedroom. After they go to bed tonight, I'm going to mop the floors. The whole unit is tile. The doctor gave me a new pain med since they took my Vioxx off the market completely. I'm not taking Relafin (dang horse pill, lol) and it's doing about the job that the Vioxx did! So, right now, I'm 90% pain free when I take it and I have a little bit more energy when I'm not in too much pain. Just wish I could be 100% pain free, I'd be as happy as a lark! So as soon as I get that done, I can tackle my dishes that are piled up in the sink. I really wish I had a dishwasher. Thank goodness the unit came with washer and dryer, I'm able to keep up on my laundry too! I got rid of my couch cause it was just piling up junk and we never sit in there anyway. I have three chairs in there that will do for now! A recliner, a reg. chair and a rocking chair. I have school tomorrow and that class is Sociology. I love it! We have so much fun! That's the class we are doing the Pros and Cons of the Death Penalty. Soon as I am done with everything I can jump in the shower and doze off to sleep! Right now it's 5:30PM EST and I have to get this roaster chicken in the oven.
