Action alert: Letter writing campaign this week to J.B. Van Hollen, Wis.

Attorney General

Dear Members and/or Friends,

I talked with Pete Kennedy a while back and he advised us to do another

letter writing campaign to the Attorney General in Oct. We picked the

week of Oct. 11 to do it. Following are some points to push but feel free

to simply pour out whatever is on your own heart.

1. Call or write the Wis. Attorney General and let him know

how you have been helped with raw dairy and other food products that you

are getting from your local farmer, be it the Hershbergers or another

farmer. Beg him not to file charges on the Hershbergers and take away

your right to choose the food that you want to eat. Stress the following

points.

A. There is no report of anyone being hurt by what the

Hershbergers are doing.

B. The States' budget is low the way things are, why would we

want to spent the peoples tax dollars to eradicate something that is a

big benefit to them

C. All the Hershbergers are doing is trying to make an honest

living for their family on their farm without getting big or getting out.

D. The only way someone will get hurt, is if the 100 plus

families who refuse to buy the processed food that is offered to them in

the regular grocery store find themselves cut off from their food supply.

For people or members that are living out of state just let them know

that you are disgusted with what's going on in Wis.

your food (even if it is just fresh produce) please put in an effort to

contact these officials and let them know what that means to you, and

you do not want it to be taken away from you.
