Guest guest Posted August 6, 2010 Report Share Posted August 6, 2010 I haven't used sumac berries to flavor kombucha but have made " Indian Lemonade " with them. It tastes just like tea to me. Be forewarned, ONLY steep the berries in water in a sun tea jar. You DO NOT want to heat them up any higher - you will only produce some really nasty stuff.
