Guest guest
Hey Kym Don't use the microwave. Maybe you can bring food that will thaw from when you leave the house until lunch? Or.... maybe a small burner to leave at work, a single burner that you can heat stuff at? Or thermos for soups? Gluten free ideas? Well, what about whatever you make for dinner make enough so you have lunch for the following day? That's what we usually do. Rice with beans and a little sauce on the side for yummy flavor OR a small thing of gomasio? We just made some of my favorite: pumpkin seeds with dulse (1 cup seeds to 1/4 cup gomasio) My husband took our leftover millet and added some veggies and herbs and fried them up into patties with steamed veggies for dinner last night yum! cabbage, brussel sprouts, carrots, zucchini, broc, caul!!!! Perhaps (after the weekend) people can post what they're eating for lunch or dinner to give you suggestions? Thanks for the good wishes peace, Reggie I cringe using a microwave, but am not sure what to bring for lunch that can be eaten cold. I need gluten-free ideas, and may I add how awesome it is not to need to add it must be vegan! Hooray! PS Reggie have a WONDERFUL weekend!
