my grandad read a lot of books by 'White Eagle', but the books were

lost I would love to know more about this person - was he a spirit?

wish I could remember them all.

It was my grandad that used to read easops fables to me - they taught

me a lot. My grandad was an intelligent well read and spoken man -

but most likely NT as he was a people person and appeared to have no

social difficulties (he was well liked and loved, I miss him a lot) -

I think those books was written by someone channelling the spirit of White

Eagle who lived long ago. (Possibly Raven knows more about this White

Eagle.)

I'm nowadays wary of channelled stuff but I think I actually read one of

those books 20 years ago and found it rather nice.

I'm sort of a legally concerned mind. Making a CD is more then just making it, advertising dolars go into it and online marketing is done in labor. It just has to have an eliment of lagitimicy such as a legal note allowing it. My actual CD however will have my nature sounds. I am so very picky with detail that I cannot be happ unless I do something my way specifically and every little imperfection is removed with perfection. For now I just want to share music with visitors for their enjoyment. So for the Ocean song and the Flute Relaxation song credits need to be given on the website. It's sort of my mock digital CD of practice production. She said that the sounds she sent you were ones she got from the

creators. She asked them personally if you could use them for

whatever purpose you wanted and they said yes.

Raven is a world-reknown composer, singer, songwriter, and

performer, and she has many contacts in the music industry. It was

fronm these people that she got the sounds for you.

As she explained before, you are free to use the material. You will

not be breaking copyright law, and what you use it for will not be

illegal.

IT's not my greatest flute work but it's fairly highly ranked by me. I did not seperate the flute work from the background nature sounds. Ok, I know that's a lie or memory glitch... I'm very sure that when Raven is shown the email or post with concern to compensations (if I sold some) then she will recall. Perhaps it's a memory glitch and not a lie. At any rate I cannot use her sounds, I don't know which sounds are from her and I have no contracts saying I can from the other parties (its not professional). It was originally from her I thought but I found out sounds came from others.
