Nothing is tastier on a hot morning than iced cold press coffee with lots of

local, raw cream. SOOOOO good.

diet. I don't know if this is because the coffee bean is so great, or because

everything else in the typical diet is so bad, but still, there are many

nutrients in that cup of joe. Lot's of people are trying their hand at making

COLD PRESS coffee, which may be even more nutritive than regular coffee. When

made as suggested it's at least 3X stronger than what your are drinking now. I

ran into an article about it in the latest MOTHER JONES magazine. Here's the

basics:

specifically for CP, it's called YETI COLD PRESS BLEND. Apparently it's the

sweetest, smoothest blend for this use, although it's good with heat as well.

They recommend it with use in the TODDY SYSTEM with a thick felt filter (also

works hot) designed to remove some of the acids found in coffee.
