Recently I've been privileged to find some wonderful blogs - and even dared to reply to some of them - which led me to be so fortunate as to be interviewed by Leora on my connection to macrobiotics - which of course got me reading more of her blogs.

Lately she raised a very important topic of what to do when your guts don't agree with the advice you are given by your physician. That's one I've been thinking about for many many years - the other day, an alternative practitioner friend of mine asked if I do mammograms - she was rather shocked when I said I didn't.
