With all that has been happening, I was unable to prepare these precious soaked & roasted nuts for market tomorrow. However, they will be available next week. There will be plenty of varieties of fermented Sauerkraut, jams, all the vegetable plants (tomato's, cabbage, brocolli, kolorabi, basil, & brussel sprouts), along with fresh garlic scapes at our stand if you choose to stop by for an outing. I can only imagine all the wonderful & nourishing foods that will be available at other local farmer's markets. Enjoy the gifts of the green one's.
