Oh, Fatim, I'm so glad that you saw Fern's post, as I had forgotten that Warren was visiting LA!

Fern, this is a great opportunity for you: if it's at all possible for you to see Warren, please do so. You'll get an excellent consultation, as well as a booklet of recommended foods & recipes for your specific condition. Learning macrobiotic principles from the best counselors makes everything so much easier. Warren will encourage you, and provide a safe direction for your practice.

Warren is one of the few counselors who is also an excellent cooking instructor. This combined skill is invaluable to the the student. (and it's always nice to be able to eat your homework)
