Guest guest
le: What state do you reside in? Some of this is Federal law and State law. How old is your child? I think if you want an IEP, and you want it to sight under other health impaired- coverage for the child if he or she should be out do to the illness. As you know some times it is a few days other times it is weeks. On our IEP we also had the school provide a hepa filter for his classroom. I would find out who is the Director of special education as well as pupil personell and put this in writing. They also must contact doctor's extra. If you have a doctor like ours, he will do whatever necessary for your child.
