Guest guest
Hi , I once had symptoms of a Urinary Tract Infection, and my doc said that protein in the urine was a sign of this. There are other things it can be though, I'm sure others will have an idea. Sandi--'s Mom
Guest guest
, Other than the leukocytes (which I thought was maybe a sign of infection), I would say dehydration. My kids both get protein in the urine if they are dehydrated. I hope others have more of an idea than I do. PS. When is 's scope? I am really glad they are checking him for EE. FYI if he has it and you get exact results, like numbers of eos etc. and you still have problems, you may want to email DR. Putnam to see how he would proceed. Guest guest
Re: White blood cells in urine Someone with a medical background told me (I can't remember who) that inflammation can result in white blood cells being released. There may be inflammation without infection due to a variety of reasons. Perhaps your doctor may have some suggestions. Hope this helps. --Martha
Guest guest
Hi , The leucocytes (put bluntly - pus) are normally a sign of infection, however constantly has leucocytes in her urine with no infection, which has generally left the docs scratching their heads. She also has blood in her urine constantly - it is probably six or seven years since she had a urine test that did not show red cells and/or white cells (leucocytes). Love to all Kirstie - Mum to Stef (who just got her driver's license), Cam (CVID), Isaac and (CVID) urine analysis Can I have some help please, interpreting a urine analysis. Glucose, bilirubin etc all normal, however high leucocytes (what are these?), ph of 7, blood, and a small amount of protein. There is no sign of UTI . THANKYOU!
