Guest guest Posted July 25, 2007 Report Share Posted July 25, 2007 I made some sauerkraut (using the Nourishing Traditions/Sally Fallon recipe) and, as an experiment, have attempted to ferment a jar of kraut with kombucha. I'll let y'all know if it works or not. So far everything smells OK. Have just transferred the jars into the refrigerator.
