Guest guest Posted March 9, 2004 Report Share Posted March 9, 2004 Gerson's rule of thumb is only to do 1 coffee enema for every 3 glasses of fresh squeezed carrot juice otherwise you have the possibility of becoming dehydrated and devoid of minerals which can cause problems.
