Those of you who have fibromyalgia - Have you noticed that KT helps you

and what has it helped for you? Has it helped you in the long term -

the longer you drink it the better you feel? Does it just make life a

little more bearable for you or does it really, really help you? If

you drink too much KT does it put you into a fibro flare?

I've been drinking KT for about 3 months and it seemed to be giving me

more energy. Last week I was exploring drinking more KT (16 oz twice a

day rather than once) since I have an abundant supply now and only me

to drink it. I also tried Kefir since I've heard good things about it

here. Apparently, neither was a good idea, and now I'm in a fibro

flare - low energy, much more muscle pain and also joint pain that is

not my usual joint pain. So I'm back down to my usual 16oz KT and I

haven't bought any more Kefir. It's hard to know what causes what

though. I might have been in a flare regardless of what I drank. I seem

to follow a three month flare cycle. I've had three relatively good

months and now maybe I'm headed into a bad cycle. Or maybe it's

something else entirely. I won't know until I try it again some time

and see what happens then!
