I got my scobies today!

Thanks ann!

So, I have my tea cooling and washed everything with vinegar. I need

to know how much vinegar to use for the starter. From what I have

found so far it seems that for 3 qts (using a gal. jar) 3/4 c is what

I need.

Also, should I put all 3 scobies in or just 2? If just 2, how should

I keep the 3rd one happy, in vinegar? Or is there enough KT in the

bag to keep it happy, ann? I guess I need to run to the store

for a nice glass container for storing. Figures I just gave away a

couple of Corning Ware casseroles, one was a real nice size for

scobies, too. At least I think it was, I haven't taken the scobies

out of the bag to see the actual size.

ann, that was some real efficient packing you did. ) When I

saw the scobies I said, ewwww, but apologized to them right away.
