Aloha Lois. I am in Hawaii and our temperatures stay in the upper 80's most

days. It has never been a problem.

I appreciate so much your time in answering my questions. Also, I am a

sometime collector of quotes and have so enjoyed reading the various

ones you have posted after your signature. The one you added to your

response to my questions could not have been more perfect! Thank you

for you!

Two other questions:

1) With the heat, should I check the brew sooner than normally

recommended? At 84F, the ambient temperature is just below 30C, so I

am still a bit apprehensive.

2) Does ATM stand for At The Moment? Life is one great learning

experience after another!
