Aloha Audrey! Thank you for your response, which is encouraging and

calming.

Our current temperatures are the same, but you have the ocean and I have

the Mississippi River. As a new kombucha brewer, I'm fascinated by how

the air might create different results even if the very same water,

tea, sugar, and culture were used. Has any one who has relocated with

the same cultures, etc., noticed a difference in results?
