We can't afford to drink moldy Kombucha Tea. Too much risk for future brewing.

Dear Margaret and Charlotte,

You both make me shake and tremble when talking about washing mold off Kombucha

scobies or even drinking moldy Kombucha Tea. It's a peril to this List.

Did that bill pass yesterday? We can't take a chance with the FDA putting us out

of business if just one member becomes ill, or dies, from drinking moldy KT.

But I must confess that I scrape mold off cheese and eat it, if it hasn't

penetrated the whole chunk. But I don't recommend it to others. I say don't do

it. It, is too risky. I wouldn't give it to m y children or grandchildren or

great-grandbabies. Would you?
