We saved that to use for extra scobys which we finally have :-) I know that I read that you are suppose to add sweet KT once in awhile to feed. How much do you need to add? How often? Also, I usually use distilled water for this. We have a well but also a water softener. Can I use this water to brew??? The unit has a water filter on it and the water doesn't taste salty so-o-o.
