Guest guest
If your body is trying to heal itself, there will be some sort of healing reaction it will go through. Whether it be big, small or just getting rid of what is in the body that is toxic whichever way it comes out of the body. Some don't even know they are going through them at times, just depends on the body. Guest guest
Just a comment on this - if you are doing a steam sauna the water is being distilled a second time (since it is turned to steam). So I would doubt that there's any problem with that. I believe the reason that distilled water is recommended is so that minerals, etc, do not build up in the steamer. My steam unit (not one of Saul's)starting sparking one day, I unplugged it, opened it up and found that moist mineral deposits were causing a short circuit. I had been using filtered water because my local grocery stores had been out of distilled water every time I went looking for it. So I cleaned out the deposits and make sure to use only distilled water now. > I notice the weird feeling from the water. I get irritable, jumpy, > feel upset, etc. Later I get real tired. Guest guest
Gale, This is possible, but far too often the alternative health community looks at negative effects as a positive healing reaction without questioning it. It is of note that I have been doing these saunas for over a year and experienced nothing like this in the beginning, actually it's happened more and more recently, so I personally highly doubt it is to detoxification. > Just a healing reaction going on. > > Gale ^i^ > http://orgone.biz > > Re: mental crash after ozone sauna > > > I notice the weird feeling from the water. Guest guest
-Donna, Do you have a phone # where I can get the oil. I tried calling around the health food stores in my area and none of them carry it. I'd like to give it a try just to see if I am also suffering from adrenal fatigue (don't want to say failure, lol). It is my understanding that people with cfids do suffer from this. And there has to be more going on than just a lack of efa's as I do take the flax but still have trouble with the ozonated water. How much to you drink of it a day? I've noticed I can handle a small amount but more makes me feel worse. Oh, Jill. I've also noticed an increased irritability when doing the ozonated water. I also experienced that when doing blood electrification for extended lengths of time. Funny me, I thought it was parasites dieing. Thought they were just mad about the whole thing and pitching a fit. LOL Gail -- In oxyplus , " CountryGirl " <ruthful@p...> wrote: > Hi Gail. Well now I do remember. Guest guest
Hi Gail. No I don't have a phone number, but I am sure you can do a web search on Carlsons Salmon Oil and find it at a discount on line. And flax and fish oils act very differently in the body. If you research omega threes you will find that flax omega threes and fish omega threes are very different and the general belief is that the fish omega threes are higher quality. I don't do alot over the day, as I can't fit it into my schedule. Not more than two glasses a day usually, but when I wasn't doing the salmon oil even one small glass made me tired and dryyyyyyyyy. Smile. I think the irritability is from loss of omegas which feed the nervous system. Without those the nervous system is down and then the adrenals are down and that affects the thyroid and makes you want to shake and or hit someone or at the very list say bad words. Chuckle. Also, I am wondering how your body temp is doing. I read some info recently, a Freibott interview, where he said that low body temp is a classic low oxygen symptom. Since you live over 7000 feet and have had chronic low temp I immediately thought of you and surmised that if your temp is up, since doing more ozone, that might be the cause for you. Blessings Donna http://www.excellentthings.com Re: mental crash after ozone sauna > -Donna, > > Do you have a phone # where I can get the oil.
