Guest guest
Hi Brain, I haven't done any saunas but I have always noticed a dizzy, fried feeling mentally after dong increased abouts of ozone whether it be insufflation or drinking the ozonated water. It is more prominate when drinking the water. I am just assuming it is some kind of dieoff. I would hate to think this is the way it will always be. I am also hoping it doesn't have anything to do with all the fillings I have in my mouth. Gail > Anyone notice this effect? Guest guest
I notice the weird feeling from the water. I get irritable, jumpy, feel upset, etc. Later I get real tired. I cannot figure out why the water has such an effect. Maybe some other things are created in the water, for instance, even though its " distilled " it comes in plastic bottles--plastic could leach into the water (I'm sure it probably does) and maybe the ozone reacts with that? Just a thought. I do have a distiller but I am feeling too lazy to make distilled water, but perhaps I will do it on the weekend. The sauna (so far) has a mood elevating peaceful effect. The vaginal insufflation--I am pretty sure it is killing off stuff in the bladder, so I have to go very slow on it. Also, Saul explained by email to me that 1/16th is stronger than 1/32nd. Since I have a hard time regulating my concentrator down that low and am not really able to get it down to 1/32nd I figure I should do very small amounts of time of vaginal. Guest guest
But once again Jill, have you read the healing reactions? Or did you read and quit, it might answer some of your questions. And once again that is choice as well. You might want to read the whole thing and see if what you are experiencing is there. Here is the site again and others might like to read this as well. http://orgone.biz/healing_reactions.html Having great health is great, I have been on hydrogen peroxide since 1994 and yes I have been through most of these reactions a time or to and I am now enjoying great health and lots of energy as well. Guest guest
Yes, actually, I did read what happened to her, at least on your website. Haven't read the book itself. But you notice she notes that she didn't have enough of certain essential nutrients at one point...iodine, potassium etc, and didn't know it at that point--and that was part of her body's response (or lack thereof). There is more than simply " healing reaction. " I always think we must be careul to diagnose via internet. I take it with a grain of salt myself but I know some people are easily influenced. It is good to gather all kinds of information. For instance, I am interested in the fatty acid connection Saul mentioned. There may be ways one can support the body when doing ozone. Nothing is without side effects.

Guest guest
-Hi Saul, , Jill & all, Many years ago when I fist came down with cfids and was trying this and that to help recover, I came across H202. I loved the stuff. Finally I had some energy. Howcver, after a couple of months or so I noticed right after I would drink it, my energy would just drain. I eventually quit drinking it altogether. Somewhere during the early years I also met Donna Crow and we would chat overy the phone about what helps. I remember mentioning how the H202 had really helped then after a while it backfired on me. She told me she had heard when taking a high oxygen supplement, it will distroy the fatty acids and one should supplement with them. Later I mentioned this to her and she didn't remember saying that. However, after that we also started taking evening primrose oil and never noticed the lag again. I've mentioned this on other lists before and most have never even heard of it but now you are saying about the same thing. Well, not that it distroys the fatty acids but that you can reduce this mental slump by taking flax. I think that's kind of exciting. It confirms what Donna said many years ago. I don't really know, but I do know that the ozone seems to really dry out my skin so I would think you would need something. Now the problem I'm having is I actually do take flax oil but am still having the mental problem so I would have to assume it might be some kind of detox. I am taking a 1,000 mg. capsule by NOW but I might try taking more just to see if it makes any difference. Usually tho whenever I've tried to increase it in the past, it really depressed me. Guess I can always be depressed but oily and mentally sound. lol Somehow that seems contradictory. I don't have much to report. It's only been a week since I started this stuff, but have noticed my ears are very dry. I will insufflate anywhere from 5 to 15 minutes two to three times daily and still am not getting any oozing. I took a break over the weekend from the vaginal infufflation because I was busy but did drink the water and did the ear insuffation. It's just really too early to give any accurate account, but I'm working on it. The one consistent thing I've noticed is the water really wipes me out. Guest guest
gale what is 'the healing reactions' jill has a valid point you cannot just ascribe everything in the world as a healing reaction, even though in your mind it may make sense. and if you are talking about the woman who went through the gerson program, that is only one person's experience and not necessarily relevant to the rest of humanity. there are many ( infinite) ways of interpreting bodily reactions for example, people here are always concerned with killing candida there are people on the metals list who have elminated candida just by getting their fillings out or chelating. no healing reaction necessary. this is why context is so important i have read your story about healing reactions. and i also have experienced almost everything that woman has experienced. i am keeping an open mind that there are other ways to go about achieving an end for example i talked with a woman who restored her endocrine system using wilson's syndrome protocol. she didn't have to go through any healing reaction. and even if it is a healing reaction, there are many ways to go through it. finding the best one for the person at the right time is part of the art of this. another example some of the most difficult healing reactions are caused by the primal diet. it is a great modality. however not without flaws. all of the people that blindly abide to is as the ultimate salvation i feel suffer from a common delusion, that this is the only way to do things. i was going through daily cleansing reactions that almost drove me insane. yes they were no doubt healing reactions. however the primal diet progenitor aajonus is in denial about liver cleanses being real. so therefore everyone who does his diet does so with a constantly congested liver. perhaps spending the rest of their days with a clogged liver, going through healing reactions. the world of alternative health is rife with examples like this. mainly due to, imo, people with small closed minds death too can be considered a cleansing reaction, though many of us here are trying to postpone it

Guest guest
Hi Gail. Well now I do remember. What I heard was that oxygen uses up you efa's. When I did ozone and didn't do fish oils it made me extremely fatigued and my skin was extremely dry. I do one capsule of Carlsons salmon oil and ozone does not make me fatigued and my skin is not dry. Flax oil does not give me the same relief. It just makes me depressed as does Borage. Guest guest
Hi Gail, I am familiar with the these symptoms you describe - light headedness, and in some cases mild headaches.
