Hi, all,

Thanks to all of you for your help. I have another question, I did

read the member files, checked the archives and also went to some

links, but I guess I am having trouble wrapping my head around this.

You may remember that I made KT with half of the water needed. I got

an answer to that question,(thanks!) but when I went to bottle it

was very, very sour.

Should I remove the mamma and start another batch? Is there anything

I can do to save this batch?

If this was already answered, I apologize. I am feeling very

confused.
