My daughter's therapist recommended she read Brain Lock by Dr. M.

Schwartz. She has not gotten it yet, so I can't really say if it is helpful, but

her therapist thinks it is. Kim

In an adult OCD group I lurk in, Brain Lock has been mentioned many

times, and many seem to find it very helpful!!
