I am sure those of you who have been doing it for some time have your very personal favorites! I realize it's a very personal thing and varies from one person to the next. Could I just get a few suggestions of anyone's favorites? Do you have to have dark tea, or a combination of dark, and green. Or white? Or do you go with whatever is the highest in antioxidants?
