Guest guest
One thing Saul does while in the sauna is to take the ozone delivery tube and place it under his arm pit (lymphatic area), or he sits on the tube to deliver ozone to the perinium area which is good for the prostate. You can also do cupping (using a funnel) while in the sauna. Guest guest
Dear le, There is a 3' length of tubing with a funnel attached to it. It attaches to the door fitting on the sauna. Cut the funnel off, leaving 2 " of tubing on it. Insert the 5-in-1 connector into the end of the 3' piece of tubing. Attach the green end of a catheter to the 5-in-1. Put in 5 cups of water, heat the sauna for 10 minutes, then turn on the ozone generator, and open the sauna doors. Insert the cather and sit down on the sauna, close the doors and wrap the towel around your neck. Enjoy. When you want to use the funnel again, hold the 5-in-1 tightly, and remove the catheter by pulling on the green end. Then push the 5-in-1 into the 2 " of tubing on the funnel. Best of health! Guest guest
Saul, do you recommend insufflating *while* in the sauna? Is it more effective? ALso--I see Dennis writes that you just move the silicone tubing under your armpit. OR do you use a funnel? Is one more effective? Thx...my program begins again tomorrow! Guest guest
So that means, you would bring the tube in through the head opening instead of attaching it to the sauna? ler >From: dlipter <dlipter@...> >Reply-oxyplus >oxyplus >Subject: Re: sauna and accessories >Date: Sat, 06 Mar 2004 19:11:53 -0500 > >One thing Saul does while in the sauna is to take the ozone delivery >tube and place it under his arm pit (lymphatic area), or he sits on the >tube to deliver ozone to the perinium area which is good for the >prostate.
