Guest guest
Dear : According to Dr. Cary Reams as stated in Dr. Beddoe's book, magnesium supplementation should be avoided because it will precipitate calcium. If you need a better answer, I will look it up and quote more accurately. Second item, please tell me more about Homozone. Is it magnesium oxide, or magnesium peroxide? I have been running the Homozone a lot lately and I am curious. What is it good for? From the above notation it seems like you should not take it for too long. Guest guest
No experience with Homozon - If it were me I would also get a test for Vitamin D levels (test 25 Hydroxy Vitamin D and 1,25 Hydroxy Vitamin D). Guest guest
Hallo Jim Some info from the producer of Homozon, Dr. Freibott: http://seasilver.threadnet.com/Preventorium/homozon.htm A discription from The International Association for Oxygen Therapy: " Homozon is a compound of magnesium and oxygen in which the magnesium atoms form a loose lattice onto which much oxygen is bonded by catalytic process. When taken with lemon juice or other acidic juice, that oxygen is released inside the digestive tract, producing many benefits. As do most oxygen therapies, Homozon provides oxygen to the body in the form of nascent or " singlet " oxygen, also called the oxygen free-radical, which does not have to be converted by the body into that form as does the atmospheric oxygen (O2) we normally breathe. Nascent oxygen is oxygen in its most chemically active and available state, and that is the only state of oxygen the body uses. Homozon has a wonderful laxative effect. The stool is always loose and bowel movement regular and, depending on dosage, frequent. Some people consider the bowel-loosening action of Homozon a problem, but that is really one of its desired effects, facilitating elimination of toxicity through the bowel, yet Homozon lacks the habit-forming or bowel-weakening effects of some laxatives. Taking Homozon approaches colonic therapy in flushing the bowel. " " I've done extensive search on the net, but cannot find any information on the magnesium uptake from Homozon. All info is very welcome. Regards Doedens -- Ozon Sauna Therapie, ontgifting en vitalisatie http://www.mmfnd.org/NL/ONN/ossauna.html Voor informatie: oxytherapy@... ! Guest guest
Well, we all know that you should never take magnesium without calcium, so I suppose it is a possibility. On the other hand the magnesium in homozon is mostly unassimilated and that is part of why it loosens the bowel so. . . ? I do know that a friend of mine radically increased her bone mass with Perfect Food (11% in one year) by http://www.gardenoflifeusa.com She had told me previously that it was superfood by innerlight, but recently told me she had been mistaken and it was Perfect Food. I can see why she mixed the names up. Progesterone helps the bones rebuild calcium. She might want to get a saliva test done on her hormones and see if it is an estrogen dominance issue. Since estrogen breaks down the bones and progesterone builds them up, bone loss in older women is usually from excess estrogen in relationship to progesterone. I would check this before trying to supplement with calcium. Some progesterone and Perfect Food might do the trick. Then again, it might not if there are different issues. Blessings NOT a Doctor Donna http://www.excellentthings.com Homozon and calcium deficiency Homozon contains magnesium I have a customer, female, 59 years in her post menopause She has been taking Homozon daily for the last 11/2 years. Guest guest
Homozon and HomozonE are two similar but different products. HomozonE is a copy of Homozon. Both are magnesium oxide.
