I have noticed a few mention a " continuous Brew " what is that, why do it, how is it done? I just bought 2 Anchor Hocking 1 gallon jars, but I have not started using them yet. I currently have a 1 qt jar brewing traditionally, 1 pt jar that I just put sweet tea and KT in without a scoby mommy, and one pt jar that just has KT. All three are growing a baby.
