Guest guest
Dear all, I would agree with you that IV ozone is not the be-all and end-all. It is powerful, but shorter-term. It is like jump starting a battery. Sometimes, you can crack the battery. Insufflation and transdermal are more like trickle-charging a battery. It is easier on it, and more effective. The electricity analogy is especially appropriate, since that is what ozone is: oxygen + electricity. Best of Health! In the beginning, at about #30, I was feeling and looking better than usual, and had almost no symptoms. But, as time went on, there was less improvement, and then a reversal of improvement. I was testing viral load, and got down to 66,000, which is extremely low, but still did not eliminate. When I finally gave up, my appearance and digestion were worse than when I started. I have heard several opinions that there is something wrong with my approach, that I have repressed anger, that I failed to address detox pathways, and so forth; In my opinon, iv 03 is good on a small, maintenance kind of schedule, perhaps 30 cc, 2-3 times a week, or close. I think above that creates oxidative stress that could possibly be countered with iv vit C, but that would cost approx $150 per day. I've searched the net for people who have been " cured " of hcv, hiv, thru iv 03. I haven't found them yet, but if you do, please send them my way; I'd like to ask a few questions..... My best advice is to get a generator and do rectal insufflations, and/or the others.. Unless a clinic can offer solid proof of success, you may be wasting your money. I'm not saying that 03 is not valid. I would not part with my generator. I'm just sayig that iv 03 is, in my view, too harsh for a body that has been under chronic, viral stress for a long time. Perhaps a young, recently infected person would have a better shot. _________________________________________________________________ What are the 5 hot job markets for 2004? Guest guest
Hi Saul. This is excellent info. I am a big proponent of going at a pace that builds the body up and doesn't over tax it's detox systems. On Ed McCabes Brisbane Australia video he talks about when he did iv ozone and did two injectins a day and by the third day he was really really ill and his blood looked black because the ozone had moved so many toxins into his blood stream. He recommended a slower approach also. On the ozone being electric oxygen: a few days ago I was pondering the difference that I feel when I drink ozonated water compared to doing deep breathing. I feel really good after 15 minutes of deep breathing. Big energy boost and mental clarity that lasts for the whole day. When I do just one glass of ozonated water (using SOTA's water oz) I feel the same increase of energy and mental clarity, but there is a plus to it. I was sort of feeling it out and trying to get a definition on it and the conclusion that I came to was that it felt like oxygen with an electrical charge to it. Energized oxygen. There is a different level of vitality to it. The electrical charge definitely can be felt. I can feel it anyway. Guest guest
I am excited because my sauna is on the way at last, and I was planning to start ozonating water and do a short sauna. When I tried Arthur's, I began with 10 m and even that had an effect on me, and I got up to about 20-25 m and no adverse effects, of course that was every week or 10 days. I am not sure how often to start with? I don't want to overdo it either. I probably have a ton of toxins from chronic lyme and chronic candida. Perhaps I should start with every-other day saunas? Anybody have any thoughts? Also I have talked to Saul about this but: since it will be in my bedroom, I was going to simply take my laptop out and close the door and open the window. That does mean unhooking my laptop but that's not a huge deal. But what about my DVD player? If I were to, say, find a really good plastic and wrap it up, do you think it would be protected? I was wondering because of the other post about rubber gloves getting holes--but otoh, an ozone sauna is operated say 30 m a day, not 24/7. Anybody have any experience? Much appreciated. Thanx
