Guest guest Posted June 21, 2007 Report Share Posted June 21, 2007 If I use more than the usual amount of sour starter (from a jar where I keep my extra scoby) will I need to make my tea sweeter? I am going for a more fizzy taste and tried to include all the " stuff " at the bottom of the " starter jar " but now I am wondering if there won't be enough sugar to get the reaction going enough to give me any fizz.
