Guest guest
People with cancer can have blood that is too alkaline according to Harold Kristal: http://www.bloodph.com. You might also read about the new medicine in Germany that gives a different slant to cancer. It can be related to loss. Has your ex-wife lost anyone important in her life? I was wondering if you could elaborate on the open wound from cansema? J.

Guest guest
This shift of blood pH to more alkaline is also found in CFS-FMS. Due to impaired cellular metabolism the tissue is not generating as much CO2, a byproduct of the kreb cycle in the mitochondria. The output of CO2 into the blood is what lowers the pH in the venous blood. When less CO2 is present blood alkalinity increases. The catch-22 in this condition is that the kreb cycle is an aerobic process, it needs oxygen to operate. As the blood pH increases, the Bohr Effect shows that hemoglobin holds more tightly to oxygen. So even though there may be plenty of oxygen in the blood, it is not being released to the tissue. The link " Biological Terrain in FMS and CFS " at http://www.xmission.com/~total/temple/Soapbox/mainpage.php3 shows the analysis of a couple people with CFS-FMS. It shows venous blood pH around 7.6pH, higher than the optimal 7.46pH suggested at http://www.bloodph.com I suspect that a similar mechanism is at play in cancer, as cancer cells rely heavily upon anaerobic respiration for energy. I read one article that suggested that a person avoid sodium if they have cancer because cancer cells are full of sodium and it would appear that cancer likes it. I suspect that cancer cells are loaded with sodium becuase the cells do not make enough energy to properly fuel the sodium-potassium pumps to keep it pumped out. As tissue becomes more acidic and blood becomes more alkaline, the digestive system is affected to become more alkaline. The parietal cells that make stomach acid require a lot of energy to make it and that process requires oxygen. But the blood is not giving it up. So HCl production is impaired, causing the digestive system to become more alkaline. With an alkaline digestive system the body is not able to absorb all the nutrients available in the foods that are eaten. A person can have a very healthy diet and still suffer from malabsorption. All the best, Jim > People with cancer can have blood that is too alkaline according to Harold > Kristal: http://www.bloodph.com. Guest guest
Not too personal although she does not want me to post the photos. Probably will change once she is all healed if that ever happens. She took the cansema internally for 10 or 14 days after which she applied it externally to the lump on her breast and a small spot on her leg. Both areas burned like hell for a few days and then exploded into looking really ugly (just like the pictures on the websites. After a few more days, the one on her leg formed a neat little cap and came off cleanly. Her breast also formed a cap but not quite as distinct and eventually came off after about 10 days leaving an ugly looking ulcer like void. It has started to heal really nicely over the past few weeks - now 12 weeks since applying but still has a way to go. Personally, I don't think she applied enough as she was nervous about the pain that she had been told about. As a result, there is a fairly heavy ridge around the perimeter that may take a while to heal and there could still be some malignancy in the wound that is slowing the healing. She is not doing well though as she is not doing any real cleansing or other therapy mainly due to her denial. Guest guest
Duncan, Thanks for the links. I'll have to do some studying. It is intriguing.
