Guest guest
To ozonate water you use a diffuser on the end of the tubing from the output of the ozone generator, adjust the oxygen flow to 1/8 on the regulator and ozonate a quart of water for 20 minutes. If you use a pint do it for 10 minutes, a gal. do it for 80 minutes etc. Sometimes if Im in a hurry I'll adjust the regulator for 1/2 and do a quart for 10 minutes and it seems to work just as good. As you do it you can tell how much ozone is in the water just from experience. The sooner you drink the water the more ozone you get into your system, and the more you can feel the difference, this has been our experience. As for what purposes we do ozone therapy. My wife and I have had chronic health problems for years. Have been to all kinds of MD's and alternative therapies. My experience has been with Dr's therapists etc. that most have a narrow focus of treatment and if you don't fit within that scope your have limited success. So what this means is if your condition, what ever it is doesn't happen to fit the Dr. skill set then you have wasted your time. Also most people that fit into our category of health problems have multiple things going on at the same time, so you can see what happens and why people end up becoming very disappointed. It has taken me 20 years to find this out. We are finally making progress. Type problems we are dealing with is Chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, severe allergies, rheumotoid arthritis, migraine headaches, candadiasis etc. We had a friend come to us about 8 months ago. He was very sick and had been to 2 different hospitals, being brought there in emergency conditions. The last hospital he got out of he vowed he wasn't going to go again. He asked a friend to call me to see if we could help him. He came to our home and stayed with us for 3 months. When he came he looked like he wasn't going to make it. He couldn't talk, he couldn't swallow, and he could hardly walk. We later figure out he must have had Myesthenia Gravis. We immediately got him on ozone water and other ozone therapies to supplement his treatment. We identified what foods were giving his system a fit, and removed them from the diet and did a number of other things but the ozone being the primary therapy. When he left 3 months later he could talk, swallow normal, and walk even up long steep hills. People wondered what we did for him. He got his life back and he has been so grateful, just for your information he is in his seventies. We were so pleased that we could help him. Guest guest
Thank you. WHat a lovely story about your friend. Glad you find ozonating water at 1/2 effective, as I haven't figured out how to use that flowmeter that I bought yet. May have to call Saul about it. It can make my concentrator go down to a lower flow rate than 1/2.

Guest guest
Jill, Input to the flowmeter is on the bottom, output on the top. Keep flowmeter vertical and adjust valve on the flowmeter till the float rises to the desired level. Dennis jill1313 wrote: >Thank you. WHat a lovely story about your friend. Guest guest
Hi Gail, We usually start with kinesiology which is also called muscle testing. This gives you a starting point. Then remove the items from the diet that cause a weak muscle response. The more of these items that can be removed from the diet the better chance the body has to respond to the therapies that you do to it. After removing foods from the diet you pay close attention to how the body responds. If you doubt that the food makes any difference you can reintroduce the food after being off of it a couple of weeks. Don't try anymore than one food at a time when reintroducing. When you reintroduce a food pay very close attention to body responses this will give you an idea of how much a particular food may be draining to your well being. Once you have figured out any foods or other substances that compromise your well being than your therapies can benefit you the most. Oxygen/ozone should be your primary therapy, many other things may be indicated for use also. If you continue life with the things that are draining the life force from you and also trying to do different therapies at the same time, the therapies will be greatly compromised as far as effectiveness. In some cases you may determine the therapies were not effective. Many times this is caused just by the failure to remove things from your life that are stressing the system. To answer your question we use a number of methods but the two most frequently used are kinesiology, and food challenging which I have describe above. I hope this answers your question, and also hope I didn't give you more than you asked for. Guest guest
To anyone who has done ozonated water on here, did y ou have any die- off? In particular, fatigue? I got super fatigued yesterday. I am thinking I will start by ozonating my water for 1 minute rather than 5 and see what my tolerance level is. I will do a sauna tomorrow instead, I think. Thanx. Guest guest
- Hi Jil, I didn't have any die-off unless you want to call my brain being very dizzy and weird. I also don't have a medical generator but as I mentioned before with the one I have from Sota more than 10 oz. will make me very tired. I drink a large glass in the AM and it gives me added energy, more drains me. I think it might depend on what is wrong with a person and how toxic they are. Many seem to be able to drink it buy the gallons and don't even notice any effect whatsoever. Go figure! Thanx. I did write in about ozonated water, when you started using it, so apologize if this seems a bit redundant. Actually, I'll start by referring to the earlier post: oxyplus/message/39670 It covers how much water I'm drinking. No die off that I can notice or identify as " from the ozonated water " . Although I'll certainly admit life is complex, and it is possible that I've had symptoms that I just didn't connect with the water. But, certainly no symptoms at the time I drink the water, and nothing that I have connected to the use of ozonated water. I don't taste the ozone, and would be hard pressed to identify ozonated/not-ozonated water it given both. I don't have any sense of " effects " from drinking it, good, bad, or otherwise. Oh, and I ususally ozonate the water for much longer than required. I have a glass pitcher to put the water in; I start the ozone running, then, without timing it, I just do something else (it is running right now for example). So by the time I feel like drinking water or remember to go and get it, it may be 15 or 20 minutes. Moria

Guest guest
Well...I am reacting very strongly to the water. I took another glass this morning but then I'm going to break for the weekend. I felt extremely fatigued last night. Saul says I have a plugged liver if I experience that kind of fatigue. That is not surprising. I even suspect candida may be in my liver. And we know lyme can go into the gallbladder. So I guess I'll do a liver cleanse. I did not react this way to the sauna, but I did that intermittently once every 10 days or so when I was able to stop by Arthur's. Even so, the water seems more intense for me. Oh well. Sigh. I drank a big green juice with lemon yesterday trying to help detoxify my system.

Guest guest
Hi Sue, A plugged liver, maybe more clearly stated would be a congested liver. Your liver is a major filter for your body. If it is congested it is not able to do its work properly, and leaves a person with less than perfect health. I don't know if you have ever seen a water filter or some other kind of industrial filter when it is being replaced, but you can sometimes see considerable junk that the filter has managed to keep from getting past it. If you fail to replace or clean the filter it eventually gets so congested that its efficiency is greatly reduced. This is a simplified explanation but basicly this is what happens with the liver. The reason for lesser or greater amounts of congestion is a large topic but for good health the liver must be able to perform its function without to much interference or congestion. The liver cleanse is the tool to unload any congestion the liver may have. If you wonder wether you have congestion just do a few liver cleanse and that will answer your question. The liver cleanse is not that complicated to do. If you read some of the information on the net, many of them make it so complicated and difficult sounding. But it is really simple.
