Yes, because hibiscus seems to brew much quicker, you have to start taste

testing after the fifth day. I'm lucky, as I don't mind it tasting a bit

vinegary but if you don't, you need to keep an eye on it.

Wouldn't it be nice if we all could meet up and have a kombucha party! We

could all bring a bottle or two and taste each other's brews.

I must add to that that they seem to brew faster than " regular " KT.. My last

batch turned too sour in less than 10 days.. Drinkable but lacking some

swetness The other batches WOG, etc are not yet ready...2 more days...
