Guest guest Posted May 28, 2007 Report Share Posted May 28, 2007 Welcome to the group Joan, What I do is to add the cayenne powder to my morning OACV cocktail ( Braggs Organic Apple Cider Vinegar- the recipe is on the bottle). Adding a bit of grape juice to the mix replacing some or all of the water- makes it taste better. This way I cover a lot of bases with just one concoction. Alternatively just add some cayenne to a cup of warm water and swig it down.
