I thought that was too big of a jump, so I am taking 75 mg. I have taken the increase for the last 3 days and I now feel way worse. I am sleeping better, but I still feel fatigued and my mood is really down. I have lost interest in everything. When she was 11 my daughter was making 50 mg jumps in Zoloft. She started at 100 mg. I'm not on it myself, but I didn't sense any ill effects in my daughter. You sound pretty depressed -- I'd go to the full 100, and call the doctor if you are still not getting relief.
