Guest guest
I, too, was recently put on Wellbutrin. I had been on Zoloft 6 years ago after my son was born. I believe the Zoloft " pooped out " because I was unable to get a good night's sleep and felt down. I have been on Wellbutrin now for about 3 weeks (1st week on 150 mg, 2nd and 3rd week on 300mg). I have had about 5 good days in the last 3 weeks. The other days I feel tired, light-headed, down, anxious, and just plain " out of sorts " . I am now seeing my daughter's psychiatrist and she continues to assure me that I need to give it time. I will be interested to see what your doctor says. Let us know... LKS (not Jeff) what is wrong with me Thanks to all who responded. I was put on wellbutrin by my obgyn. I do think I should see a p-doc and do a symptoms test. I felt inattentive and distracted before the wellbutrin, but it does make me feel more anxious and my heart beats funny sometimes. So the only way to figure it out is go in! Never thought I would see a psychiatrist. lol. Thanks again for your input. Sandy Our list archives, bookmarks, files, and chat feature may be accessed at: / . Guest guest
I have been trying to find the right meds for my chronic depression, (adult)ADD and anxiety for the past ten plus years. The best combo I have had thus far is wellbutrin for the depression and zoloft for the anxiety (taken simultaneously). I am now weaning off the wellbutrin and replacing it with adderall for the ADD since I have re-entered school to pursue teaching degree with a masters. I have not read all of the previous messages, but I know how hard it is to live with dread and anxiety while your mind is racing and having to wait so darn long for the meds to kick in if they are in fact going to work. Hope that helps. Jill >From: " Jeff " <shiffra@...> >Reply- >< > >Subject: RE: what is wrong with me-Sandy >Date: Wed, 28 Sep 2005 13:46:34 -0700 > >I, too, was recently put on Wellbutrin. Guest guest
Jill, that is interesting that you are on wellbutrin for depression and zoloft for anxiety. I thought zoloft was for depression too. I am only taking 150 mg of well. and read earlier that 300 is the dosage! I definately need to get my head figured out! Good luck on getting your masters! That is awesome. Sandy > I have been trying to find the right meds for my chronic depression, > (adult)ADD and anxiety for the past ten plus years.
