Guest guest
Hi everyone! Thanks to those who responded re: breastfeeding/OCD. It sounds to me like there is no real connection. I guess I can cross not breastfeeding off my list of why OCD is my fault! ;)LOL I guess the point is not to worry so much about the hows and the whys, but just deal the best we can with what is! Best to everyone--Adrien in NV
Guest guest
My daughter was only bottle fed. One memory I just had was that I planned to switch her to Playtex bottles once she came home from the hospital. She refused to drink out of any bottle nipple except the ones they had given her in the hospital. I had to go back to the hospital and ask for more of the ones they used, up until she was 4 months old. They said they hadn't seen a baby who refused to take from any but the hospital bottle nipples. Their bottle nipples didn't fit any other bottles, so they had to give me those as well.I wonder if that should have been a sign that she was going to have issues! Please don't beat yourself up, as parents of OCD kids we have enough to deal with from other people who think they mean well!
