I was told by Charlotte Gerson the reason is it puts out the wrong type of

ions and it won't help you heal.

No heat, just a lot of air (20% oxygen) mixed in with the juice.

I have always learned that using centrifugal juicers for juicing generates heat

which kills enzymes and thus negates the most powerful working part of fresh

juices, enzymes.
