H2O2 and ORP

Dear Dick:

I have not heard from you as to how you want the test to be run, but here is

what I tried.

Conditions of the test. 32 oz water, add 30 drops of 3% H2O2 slowly while

watching the Hanna ORP meter. There was no change in the ORP readings. To

my taste buds, the water tasted strongly of H2O2.

Going from memory Jim, didn't you state that when you just added

oxygen to water, you went from 340 or so to over 400 and you said

there was no change in ORP? I think that is quite a change. Anyways,

ORP meters from what I have been catching up on are very unreliable

for a lot of reasons.

I found a good source on this, and will post it for you tomorrow. It

is interesting that they state that next to ozone, H2o2 is the next

best thing to raise ORP in water. Yet you got no idication of that.
