Guest guest
Speed Healing with oxygen by Dr. West Anybody know what this is about, if this has a link with ozonetherapy? http://www.speedhealing.com/ Best Wishes Doedens ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Hi . Yes. I took his course. $500 And am now a certified lymphologist. The information in the course is awesome. The presentation is poor. I can give you a recent example of speed healing which I experienced, using Dr. West's technique. A couple of days ago I burned my left thumb badly. I have only experienced a burn this bad one other time in my life and it blistered and was so painful I couldn't sleep the first night and it was tender for more than a week and I had to keep it bandaged. It was unpleasant. So when I burned myself again day before yesteray, just as severely, I was not happy. But I remembered what I had learned from the course: Apply pressure. First I grabbed an ice cube and did brisk lymphatic massage over the burn, using the ice cube to stop the pain. But I could only keep this up for so long, so I put vit e on it and wrapped in in a tight, tight bandage and then put it on an artificial ice block, the kind you use in a small ice chest. Without the pressure and the cold the pain was unbearable. It made me pant from stress. So I kept the pressure on and kept it chilled. The pressure is the part that enabled it to heal quickly. Within in about five hours I had no pain and the burned area that had wanted to blister was not blistered. It was snow white where it would have blistered if I had not applied pressure, but there was no pain. I was VERY happy. And the next day, yesterday, I was able to run hot water on my thumb without it hurting. If you have ever been burned you know that, even when the burn stops hurting it will hurt again if you run hot water on it or get it near something hot, or apply pressure to it. The only sensation I have, even now, in the area of the burn is numbness where the dead skin is. When Dr. West talks about speed healing with oxygen he means on the cellular level, not with oxygen from outside sources. Essentially, what I did, by applying pressure to the area was keep lymphatic fluid from rushing into the area. By keeping the excess lyphatic fluid out of the area your body can heal at a phenomenally fast pace. The lymphatic fluid slows the process down because the excess fluid reduces the level of oxygen available for the cells. Just like a plant that can't breath with too much water, your cells can't work with too much water. The excess water brings in blood proteins and sodium and the cells in the area are drowning and can't get adequate oxygen. Without oxygen they are low functioning. Oxygen mixes with glucose to make atp which fires the cells. The resultant cellular electrical energy repairs tissues. So until the excess fluids is gone from the area you are low on oxygen and the whole healing cycle is reduced. So by simply keeping that excess fluid out of the area your body will have adequate oxygen available to the cells and can heal quickly. Normally, when you burn yourself, if you do not apply pressure it will allow lymphatic fluid to rush into the area, it will blister and swell and healing doesn't take place until the body slowly removes all that excess fluid, then it will actually begin to heal. So if you stop the swelling from ever occuring you can heal in hours instead of days. And that is what I experienced. A friend of mine is recovering from multiple chemical exposure and she woke up one morning with her left breast swollen four times that of her right. She called me and asked me how to do the lyphatic thing because we had just been chatting about it the day before. So I told her to do light brisk stroking of the area, as much as she could do. She called me later and said she was amazed. In less than a half hour it was almost down to normal and in two hours it was normal. She said she had, had this happen in the past and it took days and was so painful and horrible. So she was very happy to learn this simple technique. It is so easy it is somewhat unbelievable. Even tho you experience it you feel like it can't be possible for it to be that easy. Moving the lymph helps the body to oust cancer because when you have the blood proteins gone the extra sodium goes and the extra acid in the tissues goes and the oxygen comes in and cancer just can't live in that kind of an enviroment. This is why Dr. West recommends a rebounder and or chi machine, because these units move the lymph deep in tissues and promote all manner of healing, especially when joined with a clean diet and clean water and right heart. I am very glad I took his course and got certified, even tho I don't think anyone recognizes that certification. Chuckle. The information is invaluable, in my opinion. It is a huge missing link. Here is an extreme example. A man's ten year old daughter has an accident and is rushed to the hospital with a broken neck. They fuse the bones in her neck and tell her dad she will be a quadraplegic and there is nothing they can do. Her dad goes to work on her and does the techniques that Dr. West teaches in his course. He works on her for six hours straight and the next day she walks out of the hospital. Just one of many, many seemingly miraculous stories. But when you learn the really simple science he teaches you understand why it isn't a miracle, it is just the body doing what it is able to do if we give it what it needs. A friend of mine, Kathi, cut her finger rather deeply. We did the same thing for that as I did with the burn. She applied pressure. She basically grabbed her finger and didn't let go for a couple of hours. It was a deep cut. I checked it out before she applied pressure. It was close to the bone. After a few hours it looked like it was a week old cut. Really amazing. The information that Dr. West teaches in his course should be in the hands of every human being, in my opinion. I would love to see a crash course on one tape, instead of the six tapes and book that he shares. Something for $50 bucks, instead of $500. It is worth $5000 but for more people to know this it needs to be put together in a more succinct affordable fashion. As a certified lymphologist I can purchase the course for $250 and so I make it available for $325. But I would like get it together enough to do a video that could make the info more readily accessible to people. Guest guest
Hi Dean. I cannot tell you how much I love hearing your stories. It just blesses my socks off. This stuff is real and I have wondered, when I have shared it, if it was penetrating anyones hearts. Sometimes we don't value what we don't pay for, but I hoped that this free info would touch someone and be used, so I am very happy you heard and applied it successfully. Makes me happy. I had a few requests for a single video if I ever make one. I am thinking, what I might do instead is rent the six videos that I have of Dr. West. If anyone is interested in that, contact me off list. Of course it would be first come first served. I just really believe in this info and would like to see it in more hands. And don't see myself making a video any time soon, so perhaps this is a way to share the info. Thanks for sharing Dean. Even tho you have experienced it, doesn't your mind say, " it can't be this easy! " . Smile Donna http://www.excellentthings.com Speed Healing with oxygen by Dr. West The info below that Donna tells us about Speed Healing is more than interesting. Recently, i was in Mexico at the tip of Baja with friends. We were on some farm land when our hostess climbed up a Mango tree for some fruit and fell from high up. Lucky she broke no bones but we are an hour or two from any hospital. I immediately applied the knowledge I had gleaned from Donna's course with Dr West and instructed 2 people and myself to apply pressure to the areas that had bruised because there was nothing else I could think of. We did the pressure method as described below for about 20 minutes and put her in the car to go back to her house. In the meantime, the rest of us got into a van to do some sightseeing and within an hour I inadvertently slammed the van door on my thumb. I had to open the door to extract my thumb. Now I had to practice what i had been preaching. i applied pressure on the bruised area for an hour while we rode around and then for an hour at a cafe where we had lunch. The next day, I had no black and blue, no discoloration and I did not lose the nail!! There was no evidence of anything! There was no pain either. I applied pressure on 's injury for 30 minutes later that afternoon and the next day she was walking around and had no black and blueness at all. This was quite a revelation to me and the others. I am a true believer of this pressure applied to a wound to keep the lymph fluid from flooding the area and causing swelling and a lack of oxygen. Thanks Donna for sharing about this simple first aid that is miraculous. Tell us more, I sure will listen...Dean On Friday, December 19, 2003, at 12:53 AM, CountryGirl wrote:

Guest guest
Dear Donna and Dean, So how is the pressure supplied. You write about pressure on hurt limbs and strokes on swollen breasts. Are these separate applications either ment to prevent Lymp to reach a wounded erea or to pressure lymph out of an allready swollen erae. How exactly do you press, say your tumb, after its tip has been caught in the cardoor? Do you press just beneath the hurt part, do you press all arround the tumb at once. Is it constant pressure ? So many questions Thanks CountryGirl wrote: > Hi Dean. I cannot tell you how much I love hearing your stories. It just blesses my socks off. Guest guest
Basically you do what any child does intuitively, who smashes their finger, you grab it with the other hand and don't let go until you feel you have had success. You can take the pressure off for a second or so to check it out, but mainly you keep the squeeze on till you have success. The light stroking my friend did on her breast was because her breast was so painful she could barely touch it and it was already swollen incredibly when she woke up. But light stroking moved the lymph and the blood proteins moved out and the excess sodium moves out and the oxygen and nutrients move in and atp kicks in and the cells begin to work at peak performance and healing takes place quickly. In minutes instead of hours or hours instead of days. Dr. West says this same theory/technique works for pretty much every disease known to man. If you keep the lymph in what is termed the " dry state " ( in medical textbooks), then the body cannnot host cancer or arthritis etc. He also covers diet and water and your attitude, all these make a difference. But you can do all these and not move the lymph and see moderate results. Add the lymphatic techniques and people see seemingly miraculous results with illness. And, has Dean and I have shared, it is remarkable for traumas like burns or mashes or cuts. To move the lymph all over the body you can do dry brushing and that is free and easy to do. But to move the lymph inside and out of the body, in every single cell in the body you need a rebounder. I am going to do an experiment, starting later today. I am going to do 1-2 min of rebounding every hour for eight hours and see what happens. Since this triples the white cell count for one hour I am thinking this could be very effective. I will report back. Signing off till Thursday Donna Merry Christmas to all http://www.excellentthings.com Speed Healing with oxygen by Dr. West > > The info below that Donna tells us about Speed Healing is more > than interesting. Guest guest
Dear Donna, I appreciated what you had to share! I was glad I read it. In folding down a shelf on a typing stand, I pinched my flesh on finger to next to tear off. I thought I'd try your advice....held it, pushed the area, and even placed an aloe leaf there to push. Boy, it hurt at first, but the more I held it, the less it pained. Had I not read your letter, I feel that I would have had and ugly bruise and more pain. Thank you, again. Guest guest
Love hearing this Oxybug. Continuing pressure past the point of pain is an important point. You might think not putting pressure on it, because it hurts, would be wise, but it isn't. As you did, apply pressure and the pain will go away. When chatting with a fireman friend about pressure on a burn he reminded me that they use " pressure " bandages with burn patients because it heals better. No scarring, etc. Interesting.
