My scoby is from a friend who bought her starter from

" shaman " type. It was absurd what this guy was

telling her to do. There is no need to go into what

beliefs she was acting on. Belief is a good place to

start as long as imagination doesn't take over when

there is legitimate scientific facts. I have terrible

arthritis in my knees. I've had the first of 3

injections in both knees with hyaluronic acid that has

been fermented. When I read about this product I was

intent upon getting it injected in my knees. I have

hope that along with everything else I do it will help

avoid surgery for a little while longer. Fermentation

has medical and scientific value.

Please keep writing in this forum. Scientists are

invaluable. And as fun as it is to play with KT I

also need to know as much as I can about the science

behind fermentation and advancements in that

knowledge. And for heaven's sake listen to your body,

scientific reason and your instincts about how to use

KT.

Mine's not that bad,but this stuff made a difference... to the extent that

herself noticed when I stopped taking it, I reckon that cats, dogs and " G.G.s "

which get better can't possibly know they are supposed to improve.

Hi and EveryOne,

Bob , the previous owner-moderator of this list, also had very

bad arthritis....he said that the Kombucha helped in more than

anything else. It seems to me that he would have compiled a Kombucha

Thread from the posts to the list about Kombucha and Arthritis but I

can't seem to find it. Does anyone have that Kombucha thread? If so,

please send it to me and I will add it to the Kombucha Thread folder

in the list FILES Section.

Oops, it develops the tail in transit. So now we know (:-((

Swapped to Plain text and it's still there, but worserer. So I've left it. I'll

try Plain from the outset, next.
