Jim, about T. and Bragg's, I have the idea that, because they are fermented,

they will introduce adverse bacteria into our bodies--and correct me of I'm

wrong, no problem--and that care should guide us if we use bacteria we don't

know much about. Thus, I've understood that cheese may not be that great a

food but who can resist the taste of cheese. Obie.

You seem to have made the same decisionI have about day-to-day life: I

will not give up my favorites! We can get healthy this way. It is a

matter of doing the " right " thing " our " way! -- as long as we do the

right thing!

Bragg's is not fermented

Well, forgive me; I didn't phrase the question well enough. I meant to ask

more about the bacteria in the Tamari sauce than the bacteria in the cheese.

I know the Tamari taste is rich and delicious but, whether we like it or

not, shouldn't we think twice about taking in this much adverse bacteria?
