Guest guest
Jim, about T. and Bragg's, I have the idea that, because they are fermented, they will introduce adverse bacteria into our bodies--and correct me of I'm wrong, no problem--and that care should guide us if we use bacteria we don't know much about. Thus, I've understood that cheese may not be that great a food but who can resist the taste of cheese. Obie.
Guest guest
obie, You seem to have made the same decisionI have about day-to-day life: I will not give up my favorites! We can get healthy this way. It is a matter of doing the " right " thing " our " way! -- as long as we do the right thing! jim > Jim, about T. and Bragg's, I have the idea that, because they are fermented, > they will introduce adverse bacteria into our bodies--and correct me of I'm > wrong, no problem--and that care should guide us if we use bacteria we don't > know much about. Guest guest
Well, forgive me; I didn't phrase the question well enough. I meant to ask more about the bacteria in the Tamari sauce than the bacteria in the cheese. I know the Tamari taste is rich and delicious but, whether we like it or not, shouldn't we think twice about taking in this much adverse bacteria?
