Not really, XJ! The limit is when you feel you've had enough.

I've just bottled 15 litres (almost 4 of your gallons) of yummy KT

this morning and drunk countless sample glasses of it by and by and feel

like drinking another larger glass right now .... talk about being a

gulper ;-)

We must not forget that it is very important to also drink plenty of plain

water - important for the body to keep well hydrated (KT is diuretic!)

and to be able to flush the toxins out ... think of a water-loo ...

.... no, I'm not thinking of the battle ;-)

Oooo, you corruptor of man and womankind ;-) !!!!

Enjoy and glad to meet you!

With best wishes from the sunny and warm British Isles ....

Margret:-)

If you're offended, there is only one answer:

forgive and pray for the offender. Jesus did!
