I have tried contacting about problems we are having in group now and in the past only to receive a computer generated reply of the same online text info offered in the help section of group. It is impossible to speak to a human tech by phone. AOL does offer this service but it never did solve the problems anyway. We are not alone or the only group or members to have problems with from time to time. Members in other groups have even complained that in their areas goes offline for a couple of hours routinely in the mornings. Please hang in there and continue to have patience. I was not amused being locked out of chat last week and receiving a message - You can not enter this chat room. Hopefully chat is working this week for us all. Love and Hugs. Take Care and God Bless.
