Guest guest
Dearest Dorinda, So you don't want to wait 2 weeks? If the temparature were warm enough, those 6 pots could be ready in these 8 days. Do test it. .I can't wait. Other people slip a straw down the sides of the fermenting bowl and suck out a mouthful to test it. They say if it takes good to you, it is ready. You know I like mine just a little sweet and a little tart. Those who worry about blood sugar, may brew long enough for it to turn to vinegar. That could take seventeen days or more. I have hypoglycemia, but don't find that necessary. I never do, " straw it, " because i think that would disturb it, too much. How thick was the scoby when you peeked? As big as its momma? So you use Cayenne Pepper, Cinnamon (which lowers blood sugar), and Nutmeg in you daily morning drink. You also drink 4 ounces of Dr. Sklenar's KT and 4 oulnces of Zango juice a day. And you were the only one who didn't get sick at work. Rom and I are pretty immune, too. Did you also say that you work in a room witht Essential Oils in the air? Let me know immediately when you do your first harvest. LOve. MOm.
