Ariella, Yes, it seems so. The people who have tried it have had a very satisfactory outcome. I don't like 'emasculated' tea myself, but tea as it is meant to be. But if caffeine is an issue, it's better to drink KT made from decaf tea than not to drink it at all, I think. Happy Easter Holiday!
