I have the recipe on the side of a cup (which I bought at OHI -- see discussion, in the last week or so, of OHI). It is like a " sports " cup type of thing. The results were I drank some of it, but didn't finish it, and never got a " routine " going with it. It is not overly hard to make--- kinda like making " sprouts " -- you have to remember to check on it each day, and you have to be steady about doing <whatever> each day, for a few days. I drank several cups a day of rejuvelac while I was at OHI, for a week, once--- but it is easy, they make it and I had lots of free time Moria

Guest guest
There's a recipe for rejuvelac in Nourishing Traditions. Basically it's sprouted wheat berries with water, nice fizzy semi sweet beverage. It might not sit well w/ someone w/ wheat gluten issues, but in general, it's worth a try. The recommendation is to put the leftover berries out for the birds. L On Sat, Jan 14, 2012 at 5:45 PM, N. Rutledge < charlier1955@...> wrote: > > Has anyone had any experience with Rejuvalac? Guest guest
Get " The Wheatgrass Book " by Ann Wigmore.  Any of Ann's books should have information on rejuvalac. ________________________________ From: N. This is a wheat based fermented product that looks to me like a WAP type food. I looked for the book and the authors name Donna Gates on the WAP web site. There is no book review, but she might have been a speaker at the 2004 convention. At a minimum, there should be a book review done. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
